Cummins’ clean tech arm, Accelera, has revealed that it will supply bp’s green hydrogen plant in Lingen, Germany, with a 100MW PEM electrolyser system.
The project, which reached final investment decision (FID) in December, will produce up to 11,000 tonnes of green hydrogen per year for use in bp’s refining processes.
Accelera has said it will provide 20 of its 5MW PEM HyLYZER-1000 electrolyser units for the plant – making it the largest system assembled by the firm to date.
