Aker Clean Hydrogen and Kuehne+Nagel partner to decarbonise maritime logistics with hydrogen

The maritime logistics sector will continue to be decarbonised in Norway through the use of hydrogen and ammonia as part of an agreement between Aker Clean Hydrogen and Kuehne+Nagel revealed today (Feb 11).

As a means to decarbonise Kuehne+Nagel’s maritime logistic operations, the first vessels will enter service that will be capable of running on alternative fuels in 2024 with Aker to secure a green supply of fuels, such as hydrogen, in order to power the vessels.
