BWR Innovations will be supplying fuel cell and telemetry components for the first hydrogen home in the US being developed by Southern California Gas (SoCalGas).
To implement the fuel cells into the H2 Hydrogen Home project, BWR is partnering with UK-based Intelligent Energy to supply an innovative fuel cell system that can be utilised in the project.
H2 Hydrogen Home is a first of its kind project in the US and will include a home, solar panels, a home battery, an electrolyser to convert solar energy into clean hydrogen, and a fuel cell to convert that hydrogen back to electricity.
