Cell Impact launches Japanese subsidiary

Cell Impact has formed a new Japan-based subsidiary to better serve the rapidly expanding fuel cell and hydrogen market in the region.

Unveiled today (3rd Dec), Cell Impact Japan is expected to start business during the first quarter of next year and will be based in Tokyo.

The announcement follows Memorandum of Understanding signed in September between Cell Impact and Japanese Nakanishi Metal Works which saw the two companies investigate the possibilities for a collaboration on international business development.
