CertifHy selects Atmen to digitally streamline EU RFNBO compliance


Atmen has been recognised as the first Compliance Technology Provider (CTP) for CertifHy’s EU Renewable Fuels of Non-Biological Origin (RFNBO) scheme.

Announced at the 2025 World Hydrogen Summit in Rotterdam, Atmen will essentially act as a digital assistant for developers looking to prove the hydrogen or e-fuels it’s producing are in line with EU rules, automating and simplifying the process.

“By integrating live compliance modelling, document generation, and emissions tracking, the platform eliminates complexity and allows operators to focus on production while staying aligned with evolving regulations,” CertifHy explained.
