In the lead-up to seeing an ASX listing, Countryside Renewable Hydrogen Limited (CHR) has today (9th Feb) announced the appointment of Susan Oliver as Chair.
Founded last year, Australia-based CHR progresses renewable hydrogen projects to supply identified domestic and export markets.
Along with its project partners, the company develops the projects to build, own and operate.
Last December CRH undertook a successful pre-IPO capital raising through advisory firm Peak Asset Management and is now progressing its project opportunities in Australia and overseas.
Today’s (9th Feb) appointment of Oliver will further help the company in its mission.
“CRH has started its corporate journey by establishing a track record of project origination in a relatively short time while building a robust project pipeline in Australia and North America,” Oliver said.
“I have a personal and professional commitment to sustainability and CRH gives me the opportunity to support a strong management team playing a role in decarbonising on an international level.”
“It’s an exciting growth and innovation story, and I am keen to be part of it,” she added.
Welcoming the appointment, CRH’s Managing Director, Geoffrey Drucker, said, “Susan’s appointment follows a search to secure a Chair with a passion for the environment, strong Board experience with ASX-listed companies, a background in innovation, technology and engineering, along with early-stage business development.”
