Doosan Mobility Innovation is expanding its footprint in the Americas with wider use and distribution of its hydrogen compressed gas tanks.
Approved by the United States Department of Transport (DoT), the tanks can be rented based on customer needs and are applicable for all compressed hydrogen gas applications.
Manufactured of carbon-fibre composite and lined with high-density polymer liner, the tanks hold up to 350 bars of working pressure and measure 225mm.
Sharing the news yesterday (22nd Feb), ReadyH2, a partner of Doosan Mobility Innovation, said the expansion opens doors for new business opportunities.
“This expansion allows our team to better serve more customers in need of hydrogen compressed gas tanks and refuelling services,” said Brendon Mills, CEO of ReadyH2.
“Enabling the use of the tanks beyond just hydrogen fuel cell drones helps the adoption of hydrogen fuel technology applications across the US.”
“Our team is ready to tackle the hydrogen fuel needs of these new hydrogen applications.”
Doosoon Lee, CEO of Doosan Mobility Innovation, added, “This is the next step towards unlocking the door into hydrogen mobility industries.”
“This service enables hydrogen fuelled products, like our drone solution, to be widely used across the US.”
