Edmonton International Airport to introduce hydrogen-converted truck fleet in new partnership

Hydra Energy has partnered with Edmonton International Airport (EIA) and Hercules Logistics in order to convert a fleet of Class 8 trucks to hydrogen in Canada.

The aim is to convert Hercules’ fleet of Class 8 trucks using Hydra’s innovative proprietary hydrogen-diesel co-combustion system that will enable the decarbonisation of the Airport’s Sustainability Campus.

This will also provide a basis to expand Hydra’s hydrogen technologies and promote sustainable practices in Canada.
