CEO Raffi Garabedian told H2 View that Europe was “the market” for green hydrogen in the near term, with industry uptake mandates and an increasing focus on economic development and energy security.
“It’s a little ironic,” he added, “because power prices in Europe aren’t great compared to many places in the world,” while acknowledging that renewable-abundant regions face the uncertainty of developing export infrastructure and relying on European terminals.
Describing the hurdle as a “huge temporal uncertainty,” Garabedian said that although the electrolyser player wants to manufacture worldwide, current real-world development will drive its manufacturing plans.
