Enapter’s new AEM Multicore electrolyser set to reduce the cost of green hydrogen production

Enapter AG is set to expand its hydrogen product portfolio by adding a new megawatt-class AEM Multicore electrolyser to its ranks.

The anion exchange membrane (AEM) multicore is set to be introduced to the market in 2022 to enable low-cost, flexible and reliable hydrogen production.

As a leader in AEM electrolysis technology, Enapter will aim to use this new product to reduce the cost of green hydrogen by mass-producing standardised products.

In light of this, the AEM multicore is no exception with the system set to feature 440 mass-produced electrolyser core modules, AEM stacks, in a complete system that will be capable of producing 450kg of hydrogen a day.
