FuelCell Energy receives $6.8m for pilot project using hydrogen fuel cells to reduce carbon capture costs

A FuelCell Energy carbon capture demonstration project using hydrogen fuel cell technology has received $6.8m from Canada’s Clean Resource Innovation Network (CRIN) to support hydrogen innovation.

The demonstration project aims to deliver a cost-effective solution to carbon capture that FuelCell Energy said is expensive and consume significant amounts of energy.
