Gasunie highlights the need to spark political debate on hydrogen in the Netherlands

Gasunie, a Dutch-based Energy company, has asked for more clarity to be given on hydrogen cooperation to ensure the Netherlands can become a hotspot for hydrogen developments.

Speaking on the Dutch TV-programme Nieuwsuur, which featured a dedicated platform for hydrogen developments recently, Ulco Vermeulen, member of the Executive Board, emphasised the need to increase the political debate around hydrogen.

Vermeulen said, “These are very important discussions for the Netherlands and for Dutch politics to think about.
