Germany to house Europe’s ‘first’ industrial scale LOHC plant for hydrogen storage

Frames, Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies and Man Energy Solutions will collaborate on designing a modular and skid mounted LOHC Storage Plant for hydrogen in what will be the first industrial scale LOHC plant in Europe, Frames said.

Set to be established in Cologne, Germany, the facility will have the ability to store 5 tonnes of hydrogen per day – enough to fuel half a million kilometres for a hydrogen powered car.
