Green Hydrogen Systems struggles to secure sale as restructuring plan faces setback


Green Hydrogen Systems has been unable to reach an agreement to sell all or parts of its business as part of a restructuring process.

Last March, the Danish electrolyser maker announced that it would undertake substantial job cuts as it undergoes an administrator-led restructuring, after filing for insolvency after efforts to secure additional financing collapsed.

Green Hydrogen Systems stated, “Since the commencement of the restructuring proceedings, intense negotiations have been ongoing with various parties regarding the sale of all or parts of the Green Hydrogen System A/S’ business, with the aim of enabling the presentation of a restructuring proposal based on the outcome of such negotiations.
