Hy Stor Energy submits formal application to DOE for Mississippi hydrogen hub

Hy Stor Energy has submitted a formal application to the US Department of Energy (DOE) for funding for the Mississippi hydrogen hub (MCHH).

Through the Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub Initiative, MCHH will develop a large-scale clean hydrogen production and storage facility and is set to break ground this year.

It will supply zero-emission hydrogen to accelerate and enable energy-intensive industries such as steel, chemicals and agri-nutrients to decarbonise their operations.
