Hydra Energy delivers first hydrogen-converted heavy-duty truck using unique conversion technology

Hydra Energy has revealed today (Oct 20) it has become one of the first companies to deliver a hydrogen-converted heavy-duty truck to a paying fleet customer.

This milestone comes after the company completed three years of successful on-road testing of its hydrogen-diesel, co-combustion injection system proving no loss in fuel efficiency, range, power, torque or payload ability.

The recipient of the first hydrogen-converted truck, Lodgewood Enterprises, a Canadian short and long-haul trucking company, will receive a further 11 semi-trucks that have been fully converted using Hydra’s technology.
