Hydrogen fuel cells supporting battery-electric buses with fast charging stations

Hydrogen fuel cells will support a project that is aiming to develop and produce grid-independent battery-buffered fast charging stations for buses.

Proton Motor, who will supply the hydrogen fuel cells, has said that this is the world’s first version, based on hydrogen fuel cells, that will be used to compensate for a lack of charging power from the grids for battery-powered buses.
