BESIX, SPIE Belgium, Hyzon Motor Europe and Ziero are the latest members to join the Hydrogen Industry Cluster, an industrial partnership coordinated by WaterstofNet.
Belgium-based WaterstofNet has coordinated the group since 2016 in an effort to unite companies that want to collaborate as a storage medium for renewable energy and its use for zero emission mobility, heat and chemical applications.
The groups latest supporters take its membership total to an impressive 60.
Brussels-based construction company BESIX group is one of the four newest members and is actively looking at hydrogen-related construction projects to decarbonise the industry.
SPIE Belgium is another new addition and already provides services to the hydrogen sector and wants to focus even more on hydrogen technology.
Hydrogen vehicle manufacturer Hyzon Motors Europe will also join the group. The company made its European debut earlier this year with the opening of a new European headquarters and manufacturing centre in Groningen, the Netherlands.
The final addition to the group is Ziero, a hydrogen start-up that brings hydrogen consultancy activities to the market. The company is also working on its first hydrogen generator.
