Italian electrolyser start-up targets Indian hydrogen expansion with Loyal Equipments


An Italian alkaline electrolyser start-up is partnering with Indian engineering firm Loyal Equipments, to tap into the market’s green hydrogen potential.

Under a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU), Varese-headquartered F2N Green Hydrogen will supply its electrolyser stacks for Loyal’s green hydrogen projects in India.

The collaboration is expected to target sectors including refining, steelmaking, mobility, and renewable energy storage.

India has emerged as one of the most ambitious green hydrogen markets globally, with plans to build up capacity to produce five million tonnes of green hydrogen by 2030.
