French-based green hydrogen company, Lhyfe has today (September 7) revealed it has launched its first UK operation with aims of large-scale decarbonisation.
In pursuit of its ambitions have over 3GW of hydrogen production in operation by 2030, Lhyfe has opened its UK operations in Newcastle, to deploy production facilities to support the country’s Net Zero goals.
H2 View understands, the company is currently deploying onshore production units, however, aims to take its electrolysis offshore to leverage on the UK’s offshore wind potential, particularly in the North Sea.
