Making Hydrogen Happen to host political engagement and networking events at Conservative and Labour Party conference

The Making Hydrogen Happen, formerly known as the Hydrogen Strategy Now campaign, has revealed that it will be hosting political engagement and networking events at this year’s Conservatives and Labour Party conference.

The events will see members of parliament, local government councillors and leading figures from across the UK industry meet to discuss the UK Government’s recently published hydrogen strategy.

The headline speakers at the events will be Alexander Stafford MP, member of the BEIS Select Committee, at the Conservative conference event, and Alan Whitehead MP, Shadow Energy Minister at Labour.

The Making Hydrogen Happen campaign is made of up nearly 70 business and organisations, and has public support from over 60 cross-party MPs and Peers.
