Laurent Carme has been appointed as the new CEO of McPhy, effective 4th November (2019).
The French dedicated hydrogen solutions provider said it has decided to establish a separate governance structure in accordance with the recommendations of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, set up to prepare for the succession at the head of the group, and in accordance with governance best practices.
Carme replaces current CEO Pascal Mauberger, who will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
For the last 11 years, Mauberger has headed McPhy as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO.
