A new Hyundai NEXO hydrogen-powered SUV has been delivered to Mehrer, a German manufacturer of oil-free pistons and diaphragm compressors.
The NEXO is powered by a second-generation emission-free hydrogen fuel cell system and features high levels of driver assistance and convenience features.
“At our company, we are fully committed to the absolutely future-orientated technologies with hydrogen and have already been producing high-pressure compressors for hydrogen compression for several years,” said Jörg-Peter Mehrer, Managing Director of Mehrer.
“State-of-the-art energy companies, research institutes and hydrogen filling stations from all over the world are among our customers. I was therefore very important for me to be able to clearly demonstrate our commitment to the energy sources of the future to the outside world.”
