Green Hydrogen Systems has announced Thomas Thune Andersen and Christian Clausen as non-executive directors.
Andersen holds extensive global managerial experience from the energy and shipping industry, and is currently Chairman of Ørsted, Lloyds Register Group and VKR Holding among other positions.
“We are in the middle of a green energy transition with societies and industries around the world looking for sustainable energy solutions,” said Andersen
“I believe in the huge potential of green hydrogen, and Green Hydrogen Systems is one of the most exciting technology providers in this growing industry. I look very much forward to joining the board and to support Green Hydrogen Systems in developing the company further based on its already commercially proven technology.”
Clausen, the other new addition to the board, has extensive international managerial experience in the finance industry and is currently a board member for Sampo Group, BlackRock Group Limited and BW Group.
Commenting on his appointment, Calusen, said, “There is a very high momentum in the market for green hydrogen supported by industrial demand and political decisions to sharply increase installed hydrogen capacity in the coming years.”
