NTPC signs a new agreement with Gujarat Gas to introduce a green hydrogen blending project to India

NTPC has signed a new agreement with Gujarat Gas (GGL) that will see green hydrogen blended into a piped natural gas (PNG) network in India.

According to Hindu Business Line, the agreement will see green hydrogen, produced from a 1MW floating solar project, blended with PNG in order to decarbonise residential areas with cooking set to use the clean energy carrier.
