Oman has opened its third auction for green hydrogen projects in the port town of Duqm, which is likely to support up to three developments.
State-owned Hydrogen Oman (Hydrom) opened the bidding process on Wednesday (April 30), with a request for qualification. Shortlisting will follow this, with final award announcements expected in Q2 2026.
The round offers up a 300km2 land block in Duqm, with project proposals requested to cover a minimum of 100km2.
