Pennsylvania Governor includes hydrogen in $9.5m fund to transition to cleaner mobility

A share of $899,447 in funding will be distributed to different programmes which expand the availability of hydrogen vehicle refuelling stations.

By investing in not only hydrogen mobility but the infrastructure required, it could increase the adoption of hydrogen vehicles and provide a boost to the Pennsylvanian energy transition.

Governor Tom Wolf said, “Reducing greenhouse gas emissions is key to addressing climate change and to reaching our commonwealth’s Climate Action Plan goals.

“Supporting projects that reduce emissions and pollution is a step in the right direction to ensure a better quality of life for our communities and the environment.”
