Governor Tom Wolf of Pennsylvania has revealed the intention to award $9.5m to reduce diesel emissions and transition to cleaner transportation solutions such as hydrogen.
The funding will support two primary programmes; the fast charging and hydrogen fuelling grant programme and the marine and rail freight movers grant programme.
