Port of Valencia to trial hydrogen port machinery and station

The Port of València, Spain is set to introduce hydrogen technologies to its operations by developing a hydrogen supply station in addition to powering port machinery through hydrogen.

Being progressed as part of the Valenciaport 2030, zero emissions project, the port hopes to decarbonise much of its operations by implementing a hydrogen infrastructure to cater for the growing demand.

Much of these projects also contribute to the H2Ports project being led by the Valenciaport Foundation and the Valencia Port Authority (PAV).
