Shanghai Refire Group is set to introduce its hydrogen fuel cell technologies to European markets after being successfully granted Rijks Dienst Wegverkeer (RDW) certificates assisted by TÜV Nord.
Refire is currently leading supplier of hydrogen fuel cell technologies in China with its core product, the Prisma VI fuel cell system, capable of being successfully integrated into both passenger and commercial vehicles.
The Prisma VI system is also said to be the first ever Chinese fuel cell product to receive the RDW certificate, a vehicle authority in the Netherlands that is authorised on European level to oversee certification for incoming vehicles.
