Sponsored by BC Hydro, the half-day digital event will explore the ecosystem for green hydrogen, the opportunities waiting to be leveraged, and what it will take to make green hydrogen happen. Questions to be addressed include:

  • How can we succeed in grid balancing?
  • How are ammonia markets developing and are we geared up for ammonia’s future role with green hydrogen?
  • What does a successful value chain approach look like?
  • And what are the applications or directions of travel that we should focus on?

Crucially, the event will look into areas that do not currently seem to get the ‘airtime’ they perhaps merit, in terms of hydrogen produced and what existing strengths the industry could be leveraging.

Coming amidst a multitude of policy announcements, project developments and at a time when an emphasis is increasingly on collaboration, final investment decisions (FIDs) and a greater pragmatism in hydrogen, the Snap Summit comes at a crucial time for the sector.
