ITM Power has today revealed the name of its joint venture company with Linde – ITM Linde Electrolysis.
Linde acquired a 20% stake in British clean energy firm ITM Power in October, saying at the time the minority stake provided Linde with a strategic investment in a world leading manufacturer of integrated hydrogen energy solutions.
The joint venture between the two companies has been formed to implement projects based on ITM Power’s technology.
ITM Linde Electrolysis will focus on providing global green gas solutions using ITM Power’s modular PEM electrolysis technology and Linde’s world class EPC expertise to deliver turnkey solutions to customers.
