Scaling up: ITM Linde Electrolysis to talk green hydrogen at Hydrogen Summit

Delivering green hydrogen to large-scale industrial projects will be one of the challenges ahead for the future hydrogen society, and one of the pressing topics at H2 View’s Hydrogen Summit 2020 after ITM Linde Electrolysis was confirmed to speak at the event.

Andreas Rupieper, Managing Director of the newly established ITM Linde Electrolysis joint venture, will participate in Session 2 of the Hydrogen Summit programme and discuss Meeting the Hydrogen Demand.

Early October (2019) saw the news break that Linde, the world’s biggest industrial gas company, was to take a 20% share in British clean energy firm ITM Power, a deal that was completed by 22nd October.

ITM Power said the net proceeds of the fundraising would be used to facilitate the move to its new, larger Bessemer Park facility in Sheffield with an annual production capacity of over 1,000MW per annum, confirming earlier this month that the fit-out of the facility is underway and keeping the project on course.
