Singapore: Liquid hydrogen supply infrastructure being explored for Keppel Data Centres

A newly formed consortium is looking at the feasibility of using imported liquid hydrogen to power Keppel Data Centres in Singapore.

Keppel Data Centres, Kawasaki, Linde, Mitsui and Vopak LNG announced the collaboration today (May 12) with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Under the agreement, the group will look at the feasibility of having a production and liquefaction plant and export terminal at the exporting country, transporting it via ocean-going tankers, an import terminal, storage units and regasification facilities in Singapore.
