Stellantis to take 33.3% stake in Faurecia and Michelin fuel cell joint venture Symbio

Automotive giant Stellantis is set to take a 33.3% stake in hydrogen mobility solutions brand Symbio.

Faurecia, Michelin and Stellantis today (May 16) revealed the signing of a binding agreement to see the company behind vehicle brands such as Vauxhall, Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Maserati, acquire the 33.3% stake in Symbio.

Faurecia, a FORVIA Group company, and Michelin, the original founders of Symbio, will each retain a 33.3% stake.
