Sungrow Hydrogen and Wison launch scalable hydrogen plant solution
Chinese technology firm Sungrow Hydrogen has announced a new hydrogen plant solution that it says can be scaled from megawatt to gigawatt-scale production.
Developed in partnership with UK-based Wison Engineering, the new product, named MegaFlex, is based on a modular, outdoor design, which can be expanded up to large-scale capacity.
Sungrow’s alkaline electrolysis technology forms the centre of the product, which the Chinese OEM claims uses “15.5% less space” than traditional systems, with power supply, cooling, water treatment, and controls also included in the product package.
