The Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (CHFCA), an association developing, demonstrating and deploying hydrogen and fuel cell products and services in Canada, has introduced five new members for 2019-2020.
The new members of CHFCA are:
AVL Fuel Cell Canada
An independent company for the development, simulation and testing of powertrain systems. In Canada, AVL strives to be a technology leader and preferred development partner for innovation fuel cell technology.
HY2GEN Canada Inc.
The company aims to play a role in the North American market of green hydrogen. During the first phrase of production Hy2gen Canada will increase its capacity of green hydrogen to reach 1,500 tonnes per month. Hy2gen Canada also develops additional projects in several states, ensuring effective geographical distribution.
Renewable Hydrogen Canada
Based in British Columbia, Canada, Renewable Hydrogen Canada is planning to produce renewable hydrogen through water electrolysis powered by renewables.
WEH Technologies, Inc. offers fuelling nozzles for light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles, breakaways, nozzle hose assemblies, receptacles, filters, check valves, CNG hoses and fittings.
Xebec provides gas purification, generation and filtration solutions for natural gas, field gas, biogas/renewable natural gas, helium, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen markets. The company designs, engineers and manufactures products that transform raw gases into marketable sources of clean energy.
The CHFCA was formed when the Canadian Hydrogen Association and Hydrogen & Fuel Cells Canada joined together in January 2009.
