The UAE is continuing to throw its weight behind hydrogen with the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure showing support for the CEM Global Ports Hydrogen Coalition.
This is according to WAM, who said that the support signals the country’s energy transition goals in using hydrogen to adopt sustainability in all sectors including the maritime industry.
With this, it is clear that the UAE is continuing to maintain its strong momentum for hydrogen in the nation and with the maritime sector providing a basis for further decarbonisation, it is expected that further developments here will be observed.
