Verdagy California plant secures hydrogen offtake deal with Mainspring


Electrolyser manufacturer Verdagy will supply hydrogen to Mainspring Energy to power its linear generators in California, the US.

The hydrogen will be supplied from its operational production plant in Moss Landing, which runs 24/7. The plant has been running for over four years and has logged more than 20,000 operational hours and produced over 200 tonnes of hydrogen.

Under the offtake deal, Verdagy has secured a customer for hydrogen and electricity and could lower some of its operating costs through power circularity.
