VoltH2, Virya Energy sign agreement to construct a hydrogen plant at the North Sea Port

VoltH2 Terneuzen and Virya Energy have signed a cooperation agreement to prepare the construction of a green hydrogen factory in the North Sea Port harbour area in Terneuzen.

This industrial plot, 30,000m2 in the port area of Terneuzen, will see the green hydrogen plant constructed which will also have distribution capabilities.

VoltH2 said it envisages the construction of a 25MW electrolysis unit which will produce up to 3,600 tonnes of green hydrogen annually.
