Western Australia turns to ITM Power and Linde to develop domestic electrolyser manufacturing business case

The Western Australian Government has launched a A$450,000 ($282,800) study with ITM Power and Linde Engineering to develop a business case for manufacturing hydrogen electrolysers within the State.

H2 View understands that ITM and Linde will explore the feasibility of electrolyser assembly and manufacture in the Australian State as the expansion of hydrogen production continues.

It is hoped the business case will increase the depth of industry information available, leverage funding from the private sector, promote competition, and signal to the market that the State is serious about renewable hydrogen.
