Yara and JERA will collaborate on the production, delivery and supply chain development for blue and green ammonia to enable zero-emission thermal power generation in Japan.
This comes with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today (May 11) that will see the two companies collaborate on a number of actors across the value chain.
The two companies will look to supply and develop new ammonia demand in Japan including for power generation purposes.
