Hydrogen to drive renewable energy dominance and energy independence

Hydrogen is emerging as a leading industry to empower the world to a low carbon future. It’s ability to be a zero-emission fuel source to generate electricity, powering cities and transportation has witnessed a surge of international investment over the past year to capitalise on global market demand.

The technology used to create green hydrogen (net zero emission) has been widely available for decades. The earliest electrolysers and fuel cells were both developed in the 1800s. One key hurdle to mass commercial use continues to be the practicality of safe, long term and mobile storage.
