1. About our Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to gasworld ltd
1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply when you:
1.3. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using H2-View.com and/or any of H2 View’s Content or subscribing. By accessing, using or subscribing to any of the above, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (as applicable) and the documents referred to in them.
1.4. If you access H2-view.com under a Corporate subscription agreement, then your access is governed by the subscription agreement between us and that company/organisation. 2. Your subscription to H2 View
2.1. We offer a range of subscriptions:-
2.2. If a Trial Subscription offer is running you cannot take two in any twelve-month period. We also reserve the right to cancel/deactivate any subscription that does not follow this.
2.3. You can purchase a Subscription online at h2-view.com. We will only accept your order when we have successfully verified your email address, processed your payment details, and emailed you to confirm this.
2.4. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee a specific time. You confirm that your sign up and payment details are complete and accurate, and that you are entitled to purchase a Subscription using those sign up and payment details. It is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to your sign-up details on your my account. Each Subscription is for a single user only. We may cancel or suspend your Subscription account if you share your access rights with any third parties or attempt to allow third parties to access h2-view.com
Fees and Payment
2.5. You agree to pay for the Subscription fees/rates shown and, in the currency, displayed during the Subscription process. Subscriptions are available on an annual basis. The breakdown of any VAT will be indicated on the relevant invoice.
2.6. If we do not receive payment with 30 days, we may immediately terminate or suspend your Subscription.
2.7. If you take a Trial Subscription. An invoice for a full subscription will be processed at the completion of the trial but payment will not automatically be taken unless you have updated your card details and chosen auto renewal.
2.8. If you are entitled to a refund, we will credit that refund to the card or other payment method you used to submit payment, unless it has expired in which case we will contact you to arrange.
2.11. If you wish to change your address for home delivery then please update this at www.h2-view.com/my-account/ or email [email protected] at least 10 days’ before the date on which you wish your change of address to take effect.
2.12. If you do not receive your magazine within 6 weeks, please contact us within 90 days and we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
2.13. If after waiting 6 weeks you have not received your magazine we will arrange for another to be sent, up to a maximum of 3 per year. If issue persists, we may look to move subscription down to digital only and issue pro rata refund if necessary.
2.14. Missing magazine claims must be no later than 90 days after issued date.
Our Cancellation Rights
2.14. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription if we are unable to provide services to you for reasons beyond our control. If we do need to cancel for this reason, we will provide you with a pro rata refund.
2.15. We may also suspend or cancel your Subscription, without refund, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or in the event of any verbal or written abuse of any kind (including abusive, offensive or aggressive language) directed towards our H2 View or any member of the public, with or without notice and without further obligation to you.
Effects of cancellation
2.16. If you are entitled to a refund, we will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the you have been made aware.
2.17. We will make the reimbursement using your registered payment details detailed within Manage Your Account. Additional charges may apply if we are required to reimburse to any other credit card or bank.
2.18. If you have received copies of the Magazine as part of your Subscription, you will not be expected to return these copies, but we will retain payment for such in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.20. Unless turned off your renewal with automatically renew and payment will be taken from the registered card. You can turn this off at www.h2-view.com/my-account/ , at the end of the subscription if auto renewal is removed an invoice will be generated and emailed to you unless the subscription has been cancelled before the subscription renewal date.
2.21. You have the right to cancel your subscription for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you have used our services both online or a magazine is on its way to you, we may charge you for this on a pro rata basis.
2.22. Once the 14 days have passed a 12-month commitment for the subscription is in place we do not offer a refund for anything other than what is stated within these terms and conditions.
