Policy Pillar: A busy remaining two months of 2023

What happens in Asia is critical: the region is home to over half the world’s population and accounts for more than half of annual global emissions. With the UAE set to host COP28 this month, all eyes will be on the continent’s Net Zero strategies, and particularly whether major emitters such as China, India, Japan, Indonesia and Korea will step up their emissions-reducing activity.

Malaysia is showing signs of accelerating its hydrogen economy, as the countdown begins to H2 View’s Conference, ‘Harnessing Hydrogen’s Potential with Pragmatism and Pace’, at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre on December 7-8.

Delegates will hear thought leadership on how and where to invest, insights and case studies from the stakeholders making it happen, and access to all the key networking and connections to empower business prospects in this dynamic energy-rich region.
