Common Problems
How do I register?
- At the top right-hand corner of h2-view.com, select the Register option, or alternatively go to h2-view.com/my-account/register/.
- Enter your details in the form and select the Register button at the bottom of the page when you’re done.
How do I login?
- To login to your account, go to the H2 View homepage and select Sign In at the top right-hand corner of the screen, or alternatively go to h2-view.com/my-account/sign-in/.
- Enter your email and password and then click the Sign In button at the bottom of the page.
How can I subscribe to the H2 View newsletter?
- If you’re already registered you can access your newsletter preferences by logging in and selecting the menu from the top right-hand corner, shown by three straight lines.
- Then select Newsletters and you can tick the newsletter option and click the Update button below.
- If you’re not yet registered, simply go to the bottom right of h2-view.com and enter you email address in the subscribe box. Or you can register here.
How can I unsubscribe from the H2 View newsletter?
- You must be logged in to access your newsletter preferences. Login and selecting the menu from the top right-hand corner, shown by three straight lines.
- Then select Newsletters and you can untick the newsletter option and click the Update button below.
Note: You can also click the unsubscribe link listed in all of our newsletters.
How can I customise my news feed?
- You must be logged in to customise your newsfeed. If you haven’t registered yet with h2-view.com, you can do so at h2-view.com/my-account/register/.
- Sign in and select the menu from the top right-hand corner, shown by three straight lines. Then select My news feed.
- You can then either click the menu to the right of Topics to see all topics options, or you can use the search bar below to search for the specific tags you’re interested in. You can do the same below to select locations that you’re interested in.
How can I customise my dashboard?
- You must be logged in to customise your dashboard. If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so at h2-view.com/my-account/register/.
- Sign in and select the menu from the top right-hand corner, shown by three straight lines. Then select My news feed.
- Under Configuration you can select how you want to order your stories from the drop-down menu.
- Dashboard Layout lets you select how many stories you can view in the form of tiles, thumbnails and list view.
- With My News List you can decide how many stories you wish to see per page, and whether you want to view them in one long list, or per page in your My News.
- You must be logged in to update your contact details.
- Sign in and select the menu from the top right-hand corner, shown by three straight lines. Then select Profile.
- You can update any information you need to and to save it, select Update at the bottom of the page.
What happens when my trial subscription expires?
After 3 months your trial will expire and if you haven’t cancelled it, you’ll be invoiced for a full subscription. You won’t be charged until you add a payment method to your account and you can cancel your trial subscription at any point here.

How can I cancel my trial subscription?
- You must be logged in to cancel your trial subscription.
- Sign in and select the menu from the top right-hand corner, shown by three straight lines. Then select Subscriptions.
- You can then click View to see the details of your subscription and click Cancel to stop your subscription.
How can I update my payment details?
- You must be logged in to update your payment details.
- Sign in and select the menu from the top right-hand corner, shown by three straight lines. Then select Payment methods.
- From here you can add or change existing payment methods.
I don’t have permission to view the digital magazine
