With the official launch of the second-generation Toyota Mirai, 2020 has been a rememberable one for Toyota Motor North America. It’s flagship vehicle, the Mirai, is almost synonymous with the hydrogen-fuelled vehicle network today and is being driven my many all across the globe.
Along with the launch of the zero emission car, Toyota has also been heavily involved in the deployment of its fuel cell systems in other applications, including trucks, buses and stationary applications.
As part of the first instalment of H2 View’s A Christmas Twist: The 12 Days of Content series, we took some time to discuss fuel cell vehicles, Toyota’s Environmental Challenge 2050 and 2021 plans with Jackie Birdsall, Senior Engineer at Toyota Motor North America.
