2023 World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo takes to China in August

The 2023 World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo (WBE) takes to Guangzhou, China, on August 8-9, set to welcome over 1,000 exhibitors.

Formerly the Asia Battery Sourcing Fair, the event is set to cover batteries, energy storage, hydrogen battery and fuel cells, at the China Import & Expo Fair Complex in Guangzhou, attracting attendees from across the globe.

Hydrogen’s potential use as an energy storage medium has become ever more prevalent in recent years, with various countries and companies exploring the potential of using excess renewable energy to produce hydrogen that can be stored and converted back to electricity during periods of low renewable production.
