ACWA Power signs agreements with Italian companies to explore potential green hydrogen cooperation

ACWA Power has signed strategic agreements with six Italian partners to increase cooperation in green hydrogen, water desalination, and R&D.

The agreements were signed with Confindustria, energy firm Eni, utility and waste management firm A2A, industrial solutions provider Industrie De Nora, specialty additives manufacturer Italmatch Chemicals, and classification and engineering solutions provider RINA.

The Saudi Arabian-based company, ACWA, signed the agreements at the Saudi-Italian Investment Forum, which took place in Milan, Italy, on September 4, 2023. It was hosted by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment (MISA) and Italy’s Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
