ACWA Power to explore green hydrogen corridor to Port of Amsterdam

Saudi Arabia’s ACWA Power has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dutch players to investigate establishing a green hydrogen corridor between its production plants and the Port of Amsterdam.

Signed with GasLog and Zenith Energy Terminals, the MoU follows on from a previous agreement between the Saudi Arabian and Dutch Governments to strengthen cooperation on the energy transition, hydrogen and international supply chains.

The partners have agreed to conduct a feasibility study of setting up a liquid green hydrogen trading corridor between ACWA’s production sites and Zenith’s port terminal in Amsterdam.
