The commercialisation of hydrogen fuel cell solutions in various mobility and industrial applications in India is set to be explored under a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) inked today (Feb 22) between Ballard Power Systems and Adani Group.
Supporting India’s decarbonisation targets, the MoU could see future fuel cell production opportunities for Ballard and Adani in India. Further to this, the duo could discover new and exciting applications for the technology.
With plans to become one of the world’s largest green hydrogen producers, Adani’s aspirations are set high and through partnering with Ballard, the company hopes it will strengthen its footprint in the hydrogen space.
